Let's be honest

Your wife knows your number. Your kids know your number. But only you know you won't hit it this year.

You've got a real product and a team that can close. What you don't have is pipeline. Sound familiar?

  • Paid used to work. Now it's a money bonfire and nobody can tell you why.
  • Referrals dried up. "Word of mouth" isn't a channel, it's a prayer.
  • Lead flow is a slot machine. Some weeks it pays out. Most weeks it doesn't.
  • Your messaging lands with everyone except the people with budget.
  • No system. No playbook. Just vibes and hustle.
  • Your best closer spends half the day chasing no-shows.
How it works

The machine.

Every client runs the same architecture: intelligent acquisition on top, an AI nurture layer in the middle, and a calendar that fills itself at the bottom. No steps skipped, no reps wasted.

Layer 01 / Acquisition

Intelligent acquisition

Precision paid campaigns built around buyer intent — not cold lists. We find the people already searching for your category and put you in front of them.

Layer 02 / Nurture
Saw your ad — more info?Which tier are you on?Mid-market. 50 seats.Booked — Thu, 2pm

AI nurture engine

Custom AI agents engage every lead in under a minute, via SMS and email. They qualify, handle objections, and hand off warm.

Layer 03 / Calendar

Automated booking

Only qualified prospects reach your reps' calendar. No back-and-forth, no chasing. Your team walks in ready to close.

Inside the machine — 01

An ad account run like it's our money.

Because our number depends on it. Creative tested weekly, budgets moved daily, losers killed fast.

  • New creative every week — built from your buyers' actual language.
  • Kill-switch discipline — anything trending under target gets cut, not "monitored."
  • Your account, your data — you see every dollar. No black box.

Every lead answered in under a minute. Every single one.

Speed-to-lead isn't a KPI, it's the whole game. Our AI agents work SMS and email around the clock — trained on your pitch, your objections, your calendar.

  • 42-second median response — while your competitor's SDR is at lunch.
  • Objections handled in-thread — pricing, timing, "send me info."
  • Only qualified buyers get through — your closer never wastes a slot.

A pipeline that moves without being pushed.

Leads flow left to right on their own — qualified by agents, booked to the calendar, chased if they no-show, and tracked to closed revenue.

  • No-shows get hunted — automatic rebooking sequences, not hope.
  • Every deal tracked to revenue — Hyros attribution, not marketing math.
  • Your closer just closes — the calendar below is what their week looks like.

The first 45 days

From kickoff to a calendar that fills itself.

No six-week "strategy phase." The machine gets built, launched, and calibrated on a clock — because the number starts counting from day one.

01Days 1–7

Teardown & build

We tear down your pitch, mine your buyers' language, and build the funnel — pages, creative, agent training, tracking.

02Days 7–14

Launch

Campaigns go live across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. AI agents start answering every lead in under a minute.

03Days 14–30

Calibrate

Losers get killed, winners get budget. The intent model tightens with every conversation — CPL drops, quality climbs.

04Day 45

Time-to-value

The calendar is filling on schedule and the number we put in writing is being tracked in your dashboard — not ours.

Case study

90 days inside one engagement.

A Series B SaaS company, $80K ACV, selling to mid-market ops teams. Referrals had flatlined and two SDRs had churned in a year. Here's what the machine did.

Before

4 demos a month, all referral. No paid channel, no attribution, pipeline forecast was a guess.

Day 14

Live on Meta and Google. Agents qualifying in-thread; first booked demo 6 hours after launch.

Day 45

31 demos on the calendar. Two campaigns killed, budget moved to the retargeting layer at 8.9×.

Day 90

First closed-won from paid: $96K. CAC down 38% against their old fully-loaded SDR cost.

The engagement

One model. No tiers. No upsells.

Everything below is included in every engagement — because leaving pieces out is how numbers get missed.

What we run

  • Full funnel build — pages, creative, tracking
  • Ad management — Meta, Google, LinkedIn
  • AI agents trained on your pitch
  • Automated booking + no-show recovery
  • Hyros attribution to closed revenue
  • Weekly operator review — not a monthly PDF

What we require

We turn down more engagements than we take. The machine only works if:

  • $50K+ ACV — the math doesn't work below it
  • $5K+/month ad spend — separate from our fee
  • A unique pitch — a real reason buyers pick you
  • Someone who calls the leads — we fill the calendar, your closer works it
✓ We're for you if
  • You sell $50K+ deals by phone, Zoom, or in person
  • You have a team that can close — just not enough at-bats
  • You're done gambling on referral roulette and event season
  • You want the number in writing, not a vibes-based retainer
✕ We'll save you the call if
  • Your ACV is under $50K — the economics punish everyone
  • You're self-serve / PLG with no sales conversation
  • Nobody on the team can work the calendar we fill
  • You want to "try it for a month" — machines aren't trials
Receipts, continued

Don't take our word for it.

"Aletto did more for us in 24 hours than our agency has in 5 months." We were focused on the wrong personas and losing money on ads. Within the first week, I had renewed confidence from our executives in our sales strategy. 10/10.

From the founder

"I started Aletto because B2B founders kept paying agencies for decks instead of demos. So we built the machine we wished existed — one that gets judged on exactly one thing: your number. If we take you on, it's because we already believe we can hit it. That's the whole philosophy."

FAQ

Straight answers.

Anything else — email hello@mg.aletto.ai.

What exactly do you do?
Aletto functions as your navigator in digital marketing and advertising. We analyze, strategize, and implement — building the acquisition system that fills your sales calendar with qualified meetings.
Can you guarantee results?
Yes. For each program and industry we work with, we put a written performance number in place before we start — most commonly: more qualified meetings monthly plus ROI. Your number is our number.
What type of companies do you work with?
Companies that sell by phone, Zoom, or in person. Our best clients sell expensive things — B2B SaaS and high-ticket services with an ACV of $50K or more.
What do I need to have in place before we start?
Three things: an ACV over $50K, a unique pitch — a real reason buyers pick you over the incumbent — and someone on your team who can pick up the phone and call the leads. We build the machine; you close.
What's the ad-spend requirement?
At least $5,000/month in ad spend, separate from our fee. Below that, the data is too thin to hit the number we agree to.
Who calls the leads — you or us?
You do. Our AI agents qualify and book; your closer takes the meeting. If you don't have someone who can work the calendar we fill, fix that first — we'll wait.
How quickly can we launch?
On average, 10–14 days to launch and 45 days to time-to-value.
I've tried an agency before.
Most of our clients have. The difference: the end result goes in writing before we start. If that's not enough to earn a conversation, we're probably not the right fit.
