Next, you need to make it crystal clear this video is for THEM specifically. Call out their exact situation, their specific pain points — be so accurate they feel like you’ve been reading their emails or sitting in their team meetings.

From there, show them who you’ve helped that looks exactly like them. Not vague success stories — specific transformations for businesses in their situation.

The most underrated element? Address the elephant in the room. Call out exactly why what they’ve tried before hasn’t worked. Name the common approaches that fail. When you articulate their frustrations better than they can themselves, trust skyrockets.

One crucial detail: never call it a “discovery call” or “strategy session.” Name it something that communicates immediate value: “Growth Opportunity Analysis” or “Lead Flow Diagnostic.” Show them exactly what they’ll get from the call itself, not just what might happen if they eventually become a client.
